This study evaluated speech therapy for exercise-induced laryngeal obstruction (EILO). Among 28 patients, therapy reduced CLE scores by 1.5 points, mainly due to decreased glottic-level obstruction. Additionally, 86% reported symptom improvement during exercise. A moderate correlation was observed between CLE score changes and symptom relief, supporting speech therapy as an effective EILO treatment.
