Spectra (SPL) Transport is one of the major Transport service providers in Sri Lanka and is a member of the association of container transporters in Sri Lanka. The division has a newly expanded state-of-the-art facility at Wattala. SPL Transport mainly is focused on operating empty and laden container haulage. SPL owns 39 prime movers, 60 trailers, and 2 light vehicles with Port permits and another 100+ with port permits of outsourced vehicles. Also, the division has a staff of 91 personnel with port permits including drivers, supervisors, and mechanics.

SPL has its vehicle maintenance team which provides the benefit of repairing and providing fast turnaround time. As well SPL Transport recycles the tires for longer-term usage and has implemented a Transport Management System (TMS) for monitoring and provides paperless invoicing to mitigate paper usage.

In 2023, SPL Projects successfully managed several major undertakings, including the Suez water sewerage and supply project in Jaffna-Kilinochchi. For this project, SPL Projects handled 35 twenty-foot containers, 50 forty-foot containers, and 50 less-than-container-load (LCL) shipments. SPL project provided a one-stop-shop solution to Suez from clearing to transportation.
