Two more weeks until Christmas – and we are helping to ensure your Christmas card and chocolate arrive on time: For the third year in a row, Spectos supports service provider platform X in measuring their delivery quality to ensure high service quality and consistent transit times.
For this special time of the year, platform X has prepared a sweet surprise delivery for their customers. To find out in detail how long these shipments take from the company’s main headquarters to the recipients, Spectos set up a specific measurement system that includes Live Trackers and the Spectos Panel. Therefore, test mailings are sent to selected people from the panel in order to examine the transit times of the deliveries. These in-depth checks of the delivery process allow for transparent insights into the performance of shipping partners. Thus, platform X can guarantee the highest level of service quality at this time and any time of the year.
