A Spectacular Summer Conference at Doncaster Races

What a day!?

Our summer conference on the 29th of June at the historic Doncaster Races was an absolute triumph.?

For those not in the know, Doncaster Races is one of the oldest and most revered racecourses in the UK, dating back to the 16th century.?

It's not just a place for racing, but a venue brimming with history and charm, making it the perfect spot for our annual get-together.

We kicked things off with a cracking presentation from our top-notch directors – a big shoutout to Matthew Pearl, Kate Kierzkowska, Joanna Piorkowska, and Lee Frost.?

They really set the stage for the day with their inspiring words and updates on the company's progress and not to mention their standout performance of let it go.?

After the formalities, it was time to tuck into some scrumptious food and get ready for the races!

The sun was beaming, the atmosphere was buzzing, and it was the ideal blend of business and pleasure, all in celebration of the stellar achievements of our fantastic team.

A Day of Celebration and Recognition

The real highlight? Our awards ceremony, where we got to recognise some of our most dedicated and outstanding team members. Drumroll, please! Here are our superstars:

• Team of the Year: FBC (Scotland) – This crew's exceptional performance and camaraderie are truly something to behold.
• Going the Extra Mile: Marzena Krajewska (Regional On-site) – Marzena’s relentless commitment and positive attitude have been nothing short of inspirational.
• Manager of the Year: Lauren Barnett (Lincoln) – Lauren’s leadership and vision have been key to our success in Lincoln.
• Best Newcomer: Magdalena Ozga (Mansfield) – Magdalena’s invaluable contributions and dedication have been a driving force for us all.

Our Sponsorship of the Third Race

Adding to the excitement, our company had the honour of sponsoring the third race at Doncaster Races. The buzz around the racecourse was contagious as our very own Dani Dimitrova, Our On-Site Regional Manager, stepped up to present the trophy for the Best Turned Out Horse and Joanna Piorkowska, our Branch Division Operations Director presented the trophy for the race winner. It was a brilliant moment, showcasing our company’s involvement in the community and love for a bit of healthy competition.

A Day to Remember

The event was a perfect mix of professional recognition and good old-fashioned fun. From the thrilling races to the celebratory award presentations, and even a surprise performance that had everyone on their feet, the day was packed with moments to remember.

A special nod to our company owner and chairman, Craig Buckingham, whose vision and leadership have been the backbone of our success.
