A Jenco customer said “The brushless motor option has reduced maintenance costs and human intervention. This maintenance free solution is exactly what we needed. On top of this the LED handles offering a visual indicator of operation mode make it easily visible for our operators. The team are very happy with the new loaders, and we will be looking to purchase more later in the year”.

We spoke with Director James Bailey who told us all about the progression of Jenco since last year and he said “This is an exciting time for Jenco, with new faces in the business and progression from existing employees we have a stronger team than ever before, our production and design team are working hard to continue to drive Jenco forward, to modernize and continue the legacy. With our UK manufacturing department our service and support are only improving, and I’m delighted to be part of a growing team”.

The pioneering LED handles are meticulously crafted icons of functionality, enhancing operational visibility with an array of indicative colours. In Jenco’s case, green for 'run', blue for 'purge', and red for 'alarm'. This innovative integration brings an era of enhanced operational fluency, facilitating effortless and precise status monitoring in a multitude of working conditions.

Jenco’s new Vacuum Loader Range is available to order in various ranges from Venturi to brushless motors to 3 phase standalone systems.
