R&D Project Manager
1. Ph.D. in organic chemistry, materials chemistry, chemical engineering, or related fields.
2. Previous R&D experience in areas such as pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, advanced electronic materials, or novel polymer materials.

1、博士学历，有机化学、材料化学、化工等相关专业；
2、在医药、农药、高端电子材料、聚合新材料等领域有过研发经历。
