SPECIALIZED BUTCHERY TRINING PROGRAM FOR HOSPITALITY STUDENTS
My true passion is to professionally train & develop our students in the specialized subject of butchery, this program will help them with my butcher training guides on how changes in meat cooking have taken place. I am a qualified master butcher and an executive chef. My strong knowledge who breaks down meat carcasses and cutting meat to industry specifications in a safe and sanitary manner and understanding of handling various animal products inventively. I do this by conducting many interesting theory & practical educational training programs about the meat science of butchery for aspiring students to learn in a very easy style. The basic skill of how to identify good quality meat is one that all cookery personnel should possess this important knowledge. so that it can be cooked and served to your valuable customer for maximum tenderness and taste of the quality of the meat.
Overall experience in controlling the quality to a grading standard of meat carcasses and safety and hygiene of meat as well as a meat production and processing industry consultant. The capacity of a butcher is a skillful traditional line of work. In the industrialized world, it was a piece of highly creative artisan profession. I not only prepare the various cuts of meat with great precision but also teach butchery subjects for hospitality students about animal products, contributing to healthy lifestyles.
The subject of butchery is actually a perfect storm of technique and skill. It is not something you can intuitively figure out; rather, it inevitably demands instruction and repetition. The proper knowledge of the butchery terminology and the relevant skills involved are crucial to get the most from the meat. The butcher’s tasks can be daunting, but his role undoubtedly has a huge impact across the culinary industry.
