Special Summer 2020 Edition

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, ideanco recognize the challenges parents and students are facing this summer, hence the official formation of one of the most innovative and engaging summer camps the "STEAM - Virtual Summer Camp 2020". A week-long virtual challenge-based camp (August 17 - 22, 2020) focusing on science, technology, engineering, arts and math (STEAM) aimed at connecting students from grade 9 to grade 12 with field instructors, mentors, and inspirational speakers specialized in fundraising, climate change, wellness and happiness, and aviation.

The Virtual STEAM Summer Camp 2020 takes place over six days, with live, synchronous daily classes (Hybrid) and recorded classes (on-demand) starting on a Monday and ending at the end of the day on a Saturday. Each calendar day consists of a welcoming session and small group discussions for learning, networking, and working on the daily challenge on a particular subject such as fundraising, climate change, aerospace, biomedical, and many more. The last day of the course consists of a live/recorded tour of a related industry in aerospace.

The Ideanco’s live sessions powered by Zoom video conferencing. Students will also have a chat system for interaction with faculty and students only inside the class sessions. Ideanco will be providing a calendar schedule for each instructor to schedule calls outside the class based on the instructor’s availability.
