This is not a Special Sauce

This is not a Special Sauce

It’s a secret sauce.

You don’t need a special sauce - being special isn’t your problem.

There are already plenty of people who can tell you you’re special. Your Mom (or Mum as we Aussies say) is always there to tell you. It’s one of her most important jobs - and if you want that dopamine hit of feeling special, there are so many other ways of feeling that sweet ‘ping’ of validation on countless social media platforms.

But that’s not the problem. The big problem is that you keep your talents and your ambitions to yourself. You don’t practice talking about them or help yourself find the right words that suit you best to share them with others. So you keep them secret.

And that’s the problem.?

And that’s the problem I want to solve. I know that you’re so used to the taste of your own cooking it’s hard to appreciate its subtleties. You’ve got some positioning statements that you pull off the spice rack when you can avoid marketing no longer and you sprinkle them indiscriminately in the hope that you can get back to your work as soon as possible.

But your secret sauce comes from your innate sense of taste that you have been brewing all these years - ever since you first saw that mind-blowing film on tv or that comic book that made you want to get into this game in the first place - that’s what we need to tap into.

We need to find the words to describe it authentically. So you actually want to talk about your work and so you then find it easier to talk about in more florid terms. And so you can then share this language and vision? with your team and get them to use the same words so they can be out there in industry authentically telling the right story.

When you can connect your secret sauce to the meat of your business, then you’re adding real flavor to your sales & marketing.

We’re going to get into it and explore some ways so you can get past yourself and identify what makes you authentically different at:

3pm PT on Thursday 24th?and?9am AEDT on Friday 25th for our Antipodean friends?

This isn’t a sales pitch masquerading as a workshop but is built to be insightful and useful so you can find your secret sauce so you can start communicating better with your team, your clients and the industry to generate some authentic opportunities to finish the year strong.?
