Special Olympics-KC Metro Area Spring Games Sponsorship

Our Spring Games will be here soon and we want you to be a part of it! More than 1,200 athletes, volunteers, coaches and spectators from all over the KC Metro are expected to be in attendance for this track and field event at Lee's Summit North High School on April 29th and SOMO is currently seeking local sponsors to offset the costs. If we charged athletes to participate in our programs (we do not) it would cost each one approximately $473 to participate each year. With 64% of our athletes living under the poverty line you can see why that is simply not a possibility. There are many great organizations out there and we would like for you to follow your heart, but I hope you will consider supporting Special Olympics for this great event. Thanks!
