A Special Mother's Day Poem

A look inside your ‘motherboard' and a touch of Mother Nature.
Eleven million pieces of information enter your brain every second to access your five senses.
You can only retain and filter forty pieces.
The portion you choose to focus on?constructs the version of your reality.
Your experience of the world is built off that story.
In a sea of 'too much,’ find calm for your 'motherboard'- your brain.
Observe the world around you without interfering or reacting.
Embrace thoughtful reflection and introspection.
Understanding how the?complicated brain works requires a genuine ‘motherboard guide,’ and here’s a hint:
Find the flow state, where you are fully awake in the heart and mind yet at peace.
The presence of this awake resting state gives you a dreamy way to look at the world. But how do we enter flow?
The average American spends 93% of the day indoors.
Your brain craves something more.
Presence is shown in those who spend time in nature.?
To celebrate Mother's Day 2024, I re-edited my Kind Communicator Poem to help you and your mom enter the flow state. And if you're not a mom, this is a chance to nurture your ‘motherboard’ - brain with inspiration to take a 15-minute walk through the woods to boost energy and happiness.
Go hug a tree or sit beside a flower to notice how it changes ever so slightly with each passing minute to attain extraordinary patience.
Bring more trees?into your life?to?enhance the alpha state and enter flow more often, and you’ll be happier and healthier.
Stay tuned for the launch campaign of Silent Integrity, which features the flow state, with a surprise secondary book for just that!
If you enjoy my poem, please share it with others who may need rest, de-stress, and a little less… anxiety.
Happy Mother’s Day to my mom, Carol Barry, and all my?secondary moms and sisters, as well as all the cat, plant, and animal moms like myself. Let's all take a bow to Mother Nature for her sunrise and sunset.
Breathe in, breathe out...
