Special Message from Tom Geist, Seine Founder: Join us in celebrating two important anniversaries

Not everyone gets to celebrate two anniversaries at once. I founded TEG Global February 14, 2002 (a true labor of love being on Valentine’s Day), and we launched Seine last March.

Throughout this wonderful journey, I have enjoyed tremendous relationships with family, clients, business partners, candidates, employees, and subcontractors. To each one of you -- as well as the too-many-to-be-individually-named -- THANK YOU for this opportunity to work with you in making successes come true.

With Seine, I am now blessed to have an opportunity to work with family, including my brother Paul and my son Evan, as well as close friends Gary, Serenity, Matt, Ruben, and Lane.?

This team is absolutely amazing. We all bring unique qualities to the table, from lasting relationships and personal touches to process automation and brand differentiators that magnify our value to customers and candidates alike.

Over the last 20-plus years, many things have changed in the recruiting and staffing business, from terminology (T&M, talent acquisition, vendor managed services, RPO, total talent, workforce planning, onshore/offshore/nearshore); to industries (artificial intelligence, robotics, biotech, renewable energy, blockchain); to even work environments (remote, virtual, hybrid, on-site).

Sure, change can be stressful and scary, but that all depends on what you make of it.

Change also can be exciting. It can inspire and bring forth new possibilities. This is how we at Seine embrace change!

And while even we experienced our own transition when we rebranded from TEG Global to Seine last year, one steadying constant for us is how we treat our candidates and clients. Like friends. Like family.
