When I joined Altasciences (then Algorithme Pharma) as CEO over 10 years ago, I had a vision. I wanted Altasciences to become an integrated, collaborative partner to sponsors worldwide… especially for the critical early phases of drug development. I wanted to deliver quality science with a personal touch. I wanted sponsors to have the luxury of partnering with one CRO/CDMO and telling their story only once — seamlessly and efficiently moving a drug candidate to proof of concept, and beyond. Today, I am proud to say that this vision has become a reality, and each one of us at Altasciences contributes to making this organization a different kind of CRO/CDMO.?

There is an old saying that people are united in their adversity. And I believe that the past year (and then some) has helped Altasciences to take our integration, harmonization, and communication to a new level. It’s pushed us to be innovative and has revealed the difference strong communication can make — internally between employees and externally with clients.

Despite a pandemic, our company’s transparency, honesty, and commitment to science and quality, have allowed us to add both a third clinical facility, WCCT Global in California, and a second preclinical facility, Calvert Laboratories in Pennsylvania, to the Altasciences’ family, expanding our offering and expertise. Our culture of integration ensures that you have access to a suite of services from a single provider to reach your milestones with speed and ease.

As we continue to grow, we remain steadfast in our vision. Although we have attained so many of our goals, I am confident the best is yet to come! Thank you for joining us on this journey and including us on yours.
