Special health update: A month of surprises!

Hello all! It's been a while. I would have written sooner, but there just wasn't a lot to say until recently. However, this past month has been an absolute roller coaster of activity, so I figured it's time to update you.
Here are three surprising things that have happened in the past month.
Surprise #1: I'm not just depressed
I've spent the last few months managing extreme fatigue and coming to terms with the fact that I have to use a cane sometimes. At the end of my last update, I had decided to determine if there are potential underlying causes, or if my unusual symptoms can be traced back to depression.
Since then, I've been to multiple primary care providers and specialists and my life has been full of tests, scans, and studies. Between psychiatry, therapy, and medical, I've logged multiple hours a week going to and from appointments.
And until recently, everything came back normal. Until that is, I went to a sleep specialist...
