Here we are.

I have been writing here since September 2023.

It's been 6 months already with more than 1,700 of you reading my words every two weeks.

Many of you have also been listening to my podcast Behind-the-Scenes - a place where I showcase remarkable change-makers who openly share their journey.

Because I was craving to have more REAL conversations with inspiring change-makers.

As months went by, through all the conversations I had, I realised that these change-makers had something in common: they ALL took ACTION.

Because you can have the most amazing idea, if you don’t take action, nothing will happen.

It’s great to dream big and have a vision.

It’s even better to take ACTION to make it happen.

Even if it’s a small action, you just need to start somewhere.

After weeks of reflection, talking to a LOT of you on LinkedIn, having many calls, insights and conversations... I am taking this newsletter to a WHOLE new level.
