Polini Motori, always attentive to the market trends, presents a special edition range of kits for AM6 and Derbi engines with its most iconic products.

The two kits include: Cylinder kit, crankshaft and crankshaft adjusting kit for enduro and motard motorcycles.

• 50cc Cylinder kit + crankshaft + crankshaft adjusting
• 80cc Cylinder kit + crankshaft + crankshaft adjusting

Designed for all needs, Polini has decided to offer on the market both the ? 40 version to obtain a 50 cc displacement, and a more powerful version with a ? 50 cylinder kit for a displacement of 80 cc.

Technical features:

• Cylinder kits ?made of ?lamellar graphite cast iron have been designed to be perfectly coupled to the Polini head characterized by the specific squish to obtain a perfect and superior compression ratio. The piston, gravity cast, is equipped with two cast iron rings.
• The cylinder kit for Derbi ?50 engine is made of aluminum.
• Crankshaft with connecting rod machined from a block.
• The crankshaft modification kit is complete with bearings and oil seals. The bearings for the crankshaft are made of C4 riveted steel. The oil seals are made of FKM (fluorocarbon rubber) to resist the highest thermal stresses, they have the sealing lip coated in PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene); this feature, in addition to ensuring a longer life compared to standard ones, means that they have a significantly lower friction coefficient, thus ensuring less dispersion and at the same time maintaining lower temperatures.
