Although I usually write this newsletter on Saturdays, I'm going to break all the rules and write a bit early the week. Why? Because I have some big news: FOMO Sapiens is back, better than ever, with a new look, a new website, and an epic slate of guests. And we’re starting off the season hot…. with the one and only Jay Shetty!

If you don’t know Jay Shetty, let me tell you a little bit about him. Jay grew up in London in a household like any other. Then a chance encounter led him to leave it all behind to fly to India and live like a monk for three years. He then returned home and started posting videos online to share what he learned and those videos went viral (like this one, the top Facebook video of 2018). Now, Jay is one of the most successful content creators in the history of the internet! He’s also a leading podcaster and bestselling author. And, oh yeah, he was in the new Bad Boys film. What an incredible journey. But the best part is that Jay is the real deal. He’s down-to-earth, polite, and unaffected by his success.
