Special Edition: 25 YEARS - A DATA PRO

Twenty-five glorious years. ??

It is hard to believe that it has been a quarter of a century since A Data Pro first embarked on its mission back in 1999.

What started as a small team with a big dream has grown into a global leader in media intelligence, data automation, and risk management.

Of course, this has all been made possible by our highly professional, talented, and hardworking teams of multilingual and international experts, some of whom recently celebrated over 10, 15, and even 20 years in the company.

By covering over 50 languages globally, they have used their cultural and industry-specific knowledge to empower clients to make informed decisions in an increasingly complex and interconnected world.

And this September, we came together to celebrate this significant milestone.

Here are some of the highlights ????

DESTINATION: Burgas, Bulgaria

On a moody Friday afternoon, our team arrived at the beautiful Grand Hotel & SPA Primoretz in Burgas.

The sky might have been heavy with dark clouds, but the energy within our team was bright and full of anticipation for the teambuilding ahead.

Little did we know, a sunny Saturday awaited us, bringing with it fun-filled activities and stunning sea views.

DAY 1: Workshops and Relaxation

Our first day in Burgas had an inspiring and energising start. Upon arrival, everyone suited up in our company merch and dove straight into a series of thought-provoking workshops.

Led by industry experts, we explored topics like "Lean Transformation" with Vasil Petrov , honed our communication skills with Dessie Stoyanova , and gained fresh insights into brand communications with Georgi Malchev .

The day also gave us the opportunity to reflect on work-life balance and mental strength, thanks to Velina Getova , and practice mindfulness with Bilyana Savova .

We wrapped up the day with a delicious dinner at the Grand Hotel & SPA Primoretz, where stories, laughter, and reflections flowed freely, reminding us of how far we have come as a team.

DAY 2: Competition, Teamwork, and Fun at Chengene Skele

On a warm and sunny Saturday, perfect for a teambuilding, we set off for the charming coastal village of Chengene Skele. Known for its rich fishing heritage and breathtaking views, this picturesque spot set the stage for a day of fun, creativity, and a little friendly competition.

Our icebreaker was actually a "dancebreaker" and we busted some moves before we all scurried around, randomly grabbing people to form new teams.

Once we teamed up, we tried out so many different activities including archery (Olympics 2028, we are coming for you!), volleyball, football, badminton, hula hoop, etc.

We also invented new sports rules because it was more fun that way! ??

Our competitive streak showed no bounds during the buzzer-beating quizzes, while our creative side flourished as we created an artistic masterpiece.

The scavenger hunt had us in full adventure mode, while the Wheel-of-Fortune challenges added a playful twist (with a few cheeky shots to keep things interesting!).

Of course, no coastal getaway would be complete without a delicious lunch by the sea, where we enjoyed good food, laughter, and stunning sea views.

By the end of the day, we left Chengene Skele with unforgettable memories and an even stronger bond as a team. The sun may have set on the village, but we carried with us a renewed sense of camaraderie and plenty of stories to share back at the office.

DAY 2: Awards and a Special Surprise at the Gala Dinner

We wrapped up our 25th anniversary celebration in true style with a glamorous gala dinner, where we took the opportunity to honour the hard work and dedication of our incredible teams. As the awards were handed out, we celebrated the exceptional efforts that have driven us forward over the years, and it was a joy to see everyone recognised for their contributions.

The evening then moved outdoors, where an awe-inspiring drone show lit up the night sky by the beach, leaving us all mesmerised by the dazzling display.

But the celebration did not end there—the night continued with a lively party that carried on until the early hours, filled with music, laughter, and dancing.

It was truly an unforgettable experience, full of surprises, team spirit, and shared memories.
