Public Speaking

and more...

No two months in the community are the same.

Small Group Peer Coaching

Every two weeks, Untapped Leaders get together for structured, small peer group coaching sessions. These sessions center your real-time challenges and experiences, lean on the expertise that exists within our collective and leave you with powerful reflections and/or action steps to take.

A Supportive Network of Leaders

Untapped Leaders are a special group of people. We are committed to learning and leading in our organizations and communities and know that there are better ways to lead than what has been traditionally expected. We are interested in leading and working more authentically but understand the complexity and limitations that go alongside that, given systemic challenges and dominant cultures in the workplace. But we're here to figure it out together.
