Speaking on Social Leadership in Bogota, Colombia

When I was invited to Bogota Colombia to speak to a group of leaders at ANSPE,  I was called to speak on the topic of Social Leadership and how to help those who believed they could not change.

What I shared with them was a personal story of a homeless man in Las Vegas and how he found the answers for his life -  just across the street....

Watch the video below for the powerful story.

"Poverty or history cannot limit one's potential.
Only closed minds and hands can do that."
-Erik Kikuchi

In order help initiate progress, and not just change we must first teach those that they do have the power to grow and progress, then we need to help them discover their reasons (and not the reasons of those trying to help) once we have this foundation established, then we can truly be agents of positive change.
