$24 Million in Equal Pay Settlement

When women stand strong and? unified in their voice - change happens. We’re ecstatic that the U.S. National Women’s Soccer team has reached an equal pay settlement with the U.S Soccer Federation.

Both parties said they look forward to continuing working together to "grow women's soccer and advance opportunities for young girls and women in the United States and across the globe."

Shannon here.. I’m feeling super grateful & excited to share something with you!?

After years of feeling like “I have to hold it all together,” I’m excited to share what I’ve been pouring into my TEAM has been paying off… BIG!?

I took the WHOLE month of August OFF to go on a health retreat.? And when I say OFF… I mean completely UN-PLUGGED.? I did a technology detox… no meetings, no laptop, no phone!? I checked in with the Team for about 1 hour/ week.. other than that, they ran the entire Company WITHOUT me for a whole MONTH!!?

I had a gentle entry back then I went to Utah for a Women’s Millionaire Mastermind and connected with the most amazing women.

THIS is what I want for you too.. actual FREEDOM as a Business Owner.?

Just remember, you work for a LIVING… to create a LIFE for yourself, not to work every second of the day!?
