I went to a funeral today for a former army colleague of mine.

Just out of shot, I am wearing a black knitted tie that I reserve for such sombre occasions.

The service was moving and funny and honest: just like Laurie was.

Men don't get a lot of support from the Crown in regard to health services: frankly we need to look after ourselves - this year alone MOvember has raised over $47m.

This is the very last day of MOvember 2016.
