No matter what your belief is you can change it, by thinking differently IN THAT MOMENT.

Often people think that it takes a lifetime to change beliefs and overcome strong emotions such as fear. This very belief is what holds them back from changing faster than possible. Every obstacle, when it came in front of me, a part of me thought - Not a chance. But then I caught myself thinking that. Because I know I can think anything I want, I chose to think differently - Such as who says that I can't do it? If it is me who is saying that, without ever attempting it, chances are that I am making an assumption, it's not the reality.

So started to think I got this again and again and again. I can do this. I can. I can. I can. I will. I will. I will. And I did.

When you are fully PRESENT (with body & Mind) in taking the action you have no space or time to worry.

Fear is real, worry is a choice. It's a consequence of overthinking. When your body and mind are fully present in taking the action and choosing very carefully your next move, you have no time or space to worry. I have a fear of heights and when I was on top of a vertical net climb (about 30 feet above ground), it was obvious to worry. But when I channeled my fear into focus and presence, I did not need to resist fear and hence I was not fearful.

You do not have to figure everything out. You just need to know the next step.

If I thought about how I am going to finish the 30 obstacles, I would have probably been exhausted by the third and may even have given up. Instead my only focus was what's my next move. Notice it's not even about finishing the next obstacle, it's only about my next move.

Power plus technique. Power alone will exhaust you and leave you empty of energy for future obstacles.

I see many organizations, and individuals fall into this trap that if they can not meet their deadlines, they need to spend more hours. It might be true in some instances. But time is a finite resource and should be spent cautiously. Only think about increasing the number of hours once you are sure that you/your employees are performing at their best using the most relevant techniques and strategies. So when things get challenging working hard is not the best solution. Working differently is? What techniques can you use to work differently?

Change is hard and overwhelming because people think that they have to act differently for their entire life. You just have to act differently in this moment. Live life moment by moment.
