4 个月I love this Ruth! The world definitely needs the balance of different personality types, leadership styles and different ways of working to drive success forward! One of the misconceptions that I see about extroverts is that they are not good at listening because they are always talking. I know many extroverts that are very capable of being fantastic listeners and actively listen to see what is below the surface in our clients to help provide actionable advice to solve problems.
