Spark Sioux Falls Technology Panel

I had the opportunity to be on a panel discussion about how COVID-19 has impacted the information technology industry in Sioux Falls. Other panelists included Natalie Eisenberg, Click Rain; Dr. JoseMarie Griffiths, Dakota State University ; Mike Grigsby, City of Sioux Falls; and Michael Zuercher, Prismatic.

Spark Sioux Falls is a longer‐term regional recovery initiative supported by Forward Sioux Falls and initiated by the City of Sioux Falls, the Sioux Falls Development Foundation, the Greater Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce, and Experience Sioux Falls. The primary objective of this collaborative effort is to develop executable strategies for restoring economic prosperity and resiliency in the Sioux Falls area. The following three task forces have been identified to focus on various segments of our regional economy: Local Business, Retail, Restaurant and Bar Task Force; Hospitality, Tourism, Arts and Entertainment Task Force ; and Key Industry Task Force.
