Google will automatically pause ad groups created at least 13 months ago and have not had impressions in the past 13 months. We're not sure how helpful this is to marketers, but this workflow could be if marketers had the opportunity to set their own thresholds for auto-pausing inactive Ad groups / Ads / keywords.
