1. ABQ Rides, City of Albuquerque, March 2024: This Microtransit service bridges first/last mile gaps and enhances transportation accessibility for underserved communities in New Mexico. Read more here.
2. ?Ride the Wave, Gulf Coast Transit District, February 2024:?Integrating with Uber to meet demand, this service accommodates late-night trips and service hour extensions, while offering advanced-booking options for just a dollar. Read more here.
3. ?GATRA Dial-A-Ride and ADA Paratransit, Massachusetts, January 2024: Replacing their legacy paratransit management software of 30 years, GATRA has launched a new paratransit service, catering to about 185,000 residents across various regions of Massachusetts. Read more here.
4. Access Frisco Demand Response, Denton County Transit Authority, January 2024: This service leverages Lyft through Open Fleets to extend ADA Paratransit and non-ADA services to 3 regions, along with microtransit services in Frisco, benefitting approximately 550,000 residents. Read more here.
