Air Berlín was declared insolvent by a German Insolvency Court last 1/11/2017 who has appointed Mr. Dr. Lucas F. Fl?ther as the receiver. Mr. Dr. Fl?ther has been appointed as the receiver for the German airline Condor.
The Spanish branch of Air Berlin has left behind all employees without paying their salaries and indemnities and even worst without issue the certification debt which could allow them to claim the minimum compensation guaranteed by the state.
