Job Description
Attend and participate in the Sales & Marketing Department briefing.
Coordinate and monitor, under the supervision of the department manager, the different assigned projects.
Comply with the standards and processes of your department, as well as those that affect all employees.
Meet the deadlines for delivery of assigned work, maintaining a high level of demand and complying with the quality standards.
Be responsible for ensuring that requests for your areas of responsibility are responded to within a maximum of 24 hours, unless the client requests the information earlier or later.
Always work as part of a team, maintaining a high level of communication with your supervisor and colleagues.
Must always display a well-groomed and professional personal image and dress in accordance with the parameters established in the Department.
PUBLIC RELATIONS
Will collaborate in the preparation and implementation of the communication plan prepared by the department manager in coordination with the Area Director of PR and Social Media
Will ensure that the press releases sent from the official and in accordance with the established plan.
Will maintain and save a database of media from different sources: local/national/international and from different areas: lifestyle, travel, gastronomy, beauty, fashion, golf, etc.
Will respond to press visit proposals indicated by the department manager.
Will follow the press attention protocol at the workplace to ensure the best experience for the guest and thus a better impact in the corresponding media for the organization.
Will coordinate with the different departments involved in the organization the needs of each press visit, ensuring that each division receives the information with sufficient advance notice and clarity so that they can undertake their responsibilities.
Roles
Will be responsible for the execution of communication on the social media channels
Duties:
Will follow the periodic posting plan to schedule the different posts approved by the department manager.
Will suggest collaboration with influencers and celebrities (opinion makers) in line with the positioning of the business, the different F&B outlets, Spa, Golf, etc.
Information and visual and written content on each social network complying with the standards: photographic style, tone of language, content, etc. and respecting the values, mission and commercial messages.
Ensure content on social networks in accordance with their own characteristics, respecting their language, focus and nature.

Maintain and take advantage of the performance of the tools in their area: camera, management programs, etc.
Preparation of a monthly report with the evolution of the number of followers per social network and the performance of the posts to identify trends and learn about the most popular topics.
Promote interaction with followers by fostering a community spirit among them.
Response to all comments from each channel within 24 hours, adapting to the language and format of each channel according to the circumstances and type of channel.
MARKETING
Must work in a coordinated manner and with advice from the head of the department.
Will support the management of the official website and its performance in all its areas:
Graphic content: updating photos and images according to product changes
He/she will ensure that the internal network, which is accessed by the Sales & Marketing Department, is up to date and organised so that access to information and content is easy, fast and reliable.
He/she will collaborate in the maintenance and updating of photographic content and texts on the different OTAs
He/she will collaborate in the management to keep the information, texts, content and photographs updated at all times.
He/she will support the creation of the internal communication piece - Internal Newspaper for clients.
Requirements
Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Marketing/Public Relations or specific studies in Hotel Management.
Specific knowledge:
Advanced knowledge of Office Automation, Internet and Social Media management.
Languages:
English and Spanish. High level. Must be able to hold fluent conversations, make presentations, write reports, prepare correspondence and emails.
