After six fabulous years, pur’ple is packing its bags and heading your way!

From our humble beginnings in a tiny warehouse in Marvila, Lisbon, we always had our eyes set on bigger things. We didn’t just want to be another consultancy; we aimed to be different, focusing solely on our clients and the people-related challenges they have and combining the best cocktail of skills – people management, economics, design, and tech... – to co-create solutions that have a positive impact on individuals, teams, and organizations.

We don’t just do projects; we partner up with our clients and create, design, and make it happen. Our growth and the feedback from our clients and partners tell us that we have conquered our own space. And with our international projects, we know we’ve got what it takes to rock in other markets too. So, moving to Spain? Makes sense! We’re geared up to make the same impact and keep designing solutions for transformation and people management challenges.

One of the most important factors in our growth, and what we believe will also dictate our success in other regions, are our values. They are lived, discussed, and analyzed daily to ensure they continuously challenge us in what we do. These values were designed before everything else—they are the blueprint of the company we wanted to build and the relationships we wanted to have with pur’plees, clients, and partners.

  • be human At the heart of everything we do is the value "be human". This means we strive to form genuine relationships. We want to connect with people, not just "clients" or “employees”. In our interactions at pur’ple and with our clients, we recognize that we're all human—we make mistakes, we seek purpose, we are different, and we see these as essential for growth. This value also reflects our approach with our clients—we know that even in a digital world (and we like it), the human element is key for corporate evolution and change.
  • be true We like transparency. We’re not good at managing politics. Being transparent enriches our relationships both internally at pur’ple and with our clients. Transparency is efficient, it humanizes our interactions, and it makes co-creation a breeze.
  • be the other "be the other" challenges us daily—it’s about empathy in our relationships with employees, partners, and clients. This value allows us to focus on what truly matters to us as a company—serving those we interact with to the best of our abilities, truly understanding our clients' challenges, and offering solutions that are relevant to them. We deeply believe in this philosophy as a core part of who we are and the impact we strive to have.
  • be different Being different for the sake of being different isn’t our goal. For us, "be different" means embracing diverse skills within pur’ple to better serve our clients, accepting differences, and letting everyone shine in their own way. It pushes us to seek the best solutions, question the status quo, be bold, and not fear thinking differently. This value drives us to innovate and solve problems creatively, resisting the comfort of the known and daily pressures to be fast.
  • be curious We want to be curious about people, our clients, their businesses, and their challenges. Our curiosity extends to what's happening in the world and in our fields of expertise. It’s this curiosity that helps us connect deeply with others and stay at the cutting edge of the solutions we co-create with our clients.
  • be more It's not just about growth, it is about impact. "be more" is to be closer to living our values and reaching our purpose as a company. This is our path, always striving to be better for our people, partners, and clients, and we rely on them to help us achieve this.
