Using the same production methods of StarShip, SpaceX could manufacture (11) Modules the same size as StarShip and rapidly deploy them using SuperHeavy. These (11) Modules would carry a removable SceondStage Booter, a Spoke, and under the removable Nosecone, a Connection Node.?Both the SceondStages & Nosecones can be re-used for propulsion units, or as Fuel and Oxygen Tanks.
