Spaces In-between: #25

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the waters - Gen 1:1-2

There are archetypal catalysts or energies presented here that are at the center of all creation and manifestation, however there is none more feared than a present darkness. It is not darkness that perhaps drives the most fear, it is your unique personal darkness's and demons that arise in the presence of the ego or the self. For it comes in seasons bringing with it a measure of unpredictability, ambiguity, chaos and nightmares, as interpreted through facets of the ego. But, for the enlightened darkness is simply present to make the unknown, knowable. It provides a setting away from the ego and consciousness for certain incubations away from the self that was created for you.

...this understanding beckons the question: how much do you fear a present darkness? your answer to this simple question will always reflect your current level of enlightenment.
