SOX Change Assurance Manager
A market leader within the insurance market is recruiting for a self-motivated and pragmatic?SOX Change Assurance Manager,?who holds a professional accounting qualification,?to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for strengthening internal controls and assurance over financial reporting, ensuring financial data is accurately captured and reported and assisting in the group’s growth strategy.
Duties will include, but not be limited to, identifying, and developing on all aspects of change, projects and initiatives, control oversight and process improvements, supporting with the integration of new entities, ventures, and systems. You will be responsible for quality assurance and benchmarking, maintenance of process and control documentation, quality resolution , liaising with internal and external auditors, supporting in the development of junior team members as well as assisting in preparation of Board reporting and presentations.
Suitable applicants will be a graduate with a recognised professional accounting qualification, have Lloyd’s Market and general Insurance exposure, SOX Compliance, Audit and Risk Management knowledge. You will have a solid understanding of operational systems, processes, and controls with business analysis skills. You will have excellent numerical skills, with sound knowledge of database management and excellent Microsoft Office skills.
