So.....What Job Boards Do You Use???

I have an unusual question to ask you folks out there in Linkedin Land. I'll be back with more non-selfish words of wisdom to help you in your life soon!

What sites do you use to look for or at least look-at jobs? As you folks may know, it costs an considerable amount to advertise on any forum. And I have wasted a lot in the past advertising in wastelands with no candidates. I have choices to advertise on:

Linkedin (of course)

Monster.com (yes, still there)

Indeed.com (wow! Expensive)

Glassdoor (I did not know you could advertise on them until a sales guy told me)

Other?

Please let me know by replying in comments or sending a direct email to me ([email protected])

Spending money advertising on useless platforms is a waste! I might as well donate my money to the group: Non-partisan Americans for the Advancement of Jellyfish to Public Office (NAAJPO) - My dog and I are the group officers.

Monster, careerbuilder, and linkedin. Although I think the biggest hurdle I've seen recently is the recruiting process for engineers and scientist is same as for admin s and managers. Often time I've ignored really badly written job descriptions put out by HR, knowing its going to take hours to rewrite and edit resume for a five second look.

When I was looking, it was full court press--Monster, Careerbuilder, Glassdoor, Indeed, Linkedin and as many recruiting agency websites as I knew of.? Google search doesn't hurt either.
