As you know Ashley and I had a dream over half a decade ago. To create a circular economy community growing system that would give people healthy food for generations to come. Our soil is loved by the soil society but our seeds need some help in the face of the seed cartel that has all but taken over what goes into our diets. We have proudly funded this with our own time, money and passion as well as support from the The National Lottery Community Fund For the first time we would like your help be it financial or sharing the word to those who may have the price of a coffee or two spare.

Imagine a future where urban or rural communities thrive on local nutrient-rich, locally grown produce, cultivated from traditional, open-pollinated seeds. Seed Central is a huge part of the circular economy vision driving Sow Study Sustain, a groundbreaking initiative that's empowering home based "super growers" and building a more sustainable nutrient rich food system for the UK.

Sow Study Sustain Seed Central is dedicated to:

• Safeguarding and promoting the benefits of open-pollinated heritage seeds: These seeds hold the key to preserving genetic diversity and ensuring the availability of high-quality, nutritious food for generations to come.
• Supporting "super growers": These passionate individuals are at the forefront of cultivating and preserving traditional seed varieties. We provide them with resources, training, and a community centred micro farm to share best practice and expertise.
• Creating a central hub for open-pollinated seeds: This facility will serve as a vital resource for growers across the country, providing access to a diverse range of seeds therfore closing the loop for our genuine circular economy community growing model.
