We had a great conversation with Reginaldo Almeida, one of the brilliant and inspiring engineers in the field. His passion was infectious, inspiring everyone around him. We reflected on the behaviors we need to adopt regarding our impact on automotive product development as engineers and how we should adapt to both local and global markets.

During our discussion, we explored the future of vehicles, including the challenges of autonomous development, the importance of critical thinking, performance integration, and a multidisciplinary team approach, among other interesting topics.

I observed that competence and behavior are key factors for success. Some essential characteristics include discipline, resilience, a focus on problem-solving, curiosity, asking questions, seeing the bigger picture, and exercising ego self-control.
