pre-commencement creditors and post-commencement creditors is really laughable.My company suffered huge losses when Diro Resources now Afrimat under went this process.Firstly all meetings took place in Gauteng when the mine was located in Northern Cape(Kathu) where most post commencement creditors where residing...Anyway I dont want to remember that year because most of the creditors were small starting businesses which no longer exist because of that business rescue.
