The stunning Conrad New York is looking for a Sous Chef to join the culinary team!
Stay inspired and join the pinnacle of luxury in the heart of Lower Manhattan, featuring 463 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, rooftop bar, and in-room dining.
In this role, you will assist the Executive Chef with overseeing back-of-house operations of the 3 food and beverage outlets and events. This includes Atrio Restaurant, Loopy Doopy Rooftop Bar, and In-Room Dining. You will manage a team of 18 union culinarians.
The ideal candidate will be a driven leader dedicated to delivering excellence and thrives in a fast-pace environment with a keen eye for detail and outstanding organization skills. At least two (2) years of culinary leadership experience with a background in upscale dining is required. Prior experience in a luxury hotel and managing union staff are a plus.
