Sourcing Vehicles For Multiple Locations

Sourcing Vehicles For Multiple Locations

No alt text provided for this image

Many of the businesses I serve have multiple branches around the state & country. When a vehicle is needed for each location, it can get confusing fast. If not done correctly, it can also be expensive. Navigating the most efficient way to go about this process leaves much to be desired. Having professional help can make all the difference.

The temptation is to let each location source locally. This isn't the best way because resources could have been better utilized. Availability influences pricing and employee time and company funds could be wasted. The next best alternative is to submit local findings for comparison. Besides having employees at each location spend hours (or days) shopping for the best deal, there are other important steps that are easily omitted. One of the more difficult step is ensuring similar specifications across locations. For example Ford Transit vans have multiple configurations (roof heights, engines, doors, glass, etc). It can get a little confusing, especially when you enter the pre-owned market, having to consider mileage, condition, warranty, etc.

One such company called me recently. While headquartered in Destin, FL, they needed Ford Transit cargo vans for their DFW and Atlanta branches before the end of the year. I received a call from the local branch and listened to their needs. I mentioned that I have access to a large inventory of new & used vans. I also mentioned I have transportation connections that help me stay competitive even when shipping & delivering vehicles around the state & country. In addition, buyers have more negotiating leverage when buying multiple vehicles as compared to only one at a time. Long story short, the company saved time & money, not wasting time or resources. And I have a new repeat customer.

No matter what you're looking for, where your HQ (or branches) are, I have the experience to help you be a good steward of company resources. I have sold vehicle to most of the United States. I can complete paperwork anywhere with that states DMV. I have access to one of the largest inventories in the country. I have the references who trust me. I invite you to find someone you can trust. Let's grow together. Who's your car guy? #MyTexasCarGuy
