Sourcing - Edition 9 of Exploring Inviting Pondering

Nurturing regenerative capability with groups, organisations and communities, co-creating better futures for all.
Hello and welcome to my monthly letter. Here I share an exploration of a concept, invite you to engage with some of the sources that are activating this exploration and to carry a question with you to ponder if you so wish.
I hope the couple of minutes you spend reading here will serve to ignite some new energy or will to examine the world and your contribution to it perhaps in a revitalised manner.
As always I welcome your thoughts, reflections or mutually shared practices via comments on the article or direct messaging if you prefer.
Over the past few months I've been consciously exploring my awareness of what I'm sourcing from. This what can also be a where, who and how I'm sourcing. In particular I've been giving attention to the source of my energy, what depletes it and how I restore it, as well as my perspective, worldview and patterns of thought.
What's emerged is a framework which I'm sharing the current form of in the image below, which contains Place, Lineages, Beings and Frameworks.
I'm in the midst of composing an article which unpacks this framework in more detail, and have extended an invitation to be resourced in a recorded exploration of it for Better World Leaders - I look forward to sharing both with you in due course.
I invite you to consider this framework, and to generate you're own version. There's one specific prompt below which may assist with this, and there are many more which you could use to consider where your ideas emerge from, what brings aliveness to you, your work and life and how you can source more directly and intentionally from these.

I'd also invite you to review and deeply contemplate this article from Carol Sanford , which contains one of the frameworks which I've been holding and applying to my own alive experience of the world - Energy Drains - which was a step along the path to the sourcing framework emerging for me. The greater whole of this article (link here) on Free Will is a fabulous resource which has led to a lot of contemplation and exploration for me.
The prompt I offer for you to ponder if to begin, or consider more deeply, the places and beings within those places which most nurture you to make your greatest and most unique contribution in the world, and to give great attention to the frameworks through which you interpret with and interact in the world, and to which lineages those frameworks emanate from.
A specific question is...
What am I sourcing from in this moment?
Thank you once again for the time and attention you have chosen to give to my words this month. I hope you find value in what they may prompt to emerge from you.
Be well, lead well and keep on deepening and expanding your awareness of your sourcing.
See you next month,
Tim
