[Soul Sunday] Remember and Never Forget
“Happy Soul Sunday"
"For we know that the whole creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until now. And not only the creation, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit… For in this hope we were saved."????- Romans 22-24 (ESV)

The Christmas season can stir up feelings of longing—recalling memories of times past, or missing a loved one. Recognize that it’s okay to feel sad or unfulfilled during this time of year. Turn to God’s Word and ask for His help in filling you with hope for what lies ahead.
Just yesterday, I was sharing brunch with my bestie and we started talking about being ready for Christmas, and it immediately took me back to December 27, 2007, when my beloved first husband, Rev. William Scott Wiggins Jr., went home to be with the Lord.?I thought back to every moment of that holiday, and the special times we were able to share.?There was a time when I could not mention William’s name without shedding tears and yesterday was no different.?The tears I shed felt good and the memories made me smile.
?During this season be sure to take time to remember, and know that it’s ok to shed a tear or two or more. Know that every single tear holds a precious memory.?
Let Us Pray…
?Dear God, when my heart aches with longing, comfort me and help me focus on my future—planned by You and filled with hope.
?
Meditation/Journal:??I remember and never forget.
Blessings to all your Big Dreams!
