Dear one,?

It's been four and a half weeks since my shoulder surgery and just five days since the release of my book, “Becoming Soulful.” Balancing recovery with preparing for the book launch has been quite the journey.

During the launch party, I shared that writing the book felt like two pregnancies: the first was the nine months of writing, and the second was the unexpected journey of self-publishing and bringing this "baby" into the world.

Luckily, my husband, who produced the book, carried much of the load during this second phase. Now, this "baby" is here, and it's time to nurture it.

Many have asked how I'm recovering so quickly. My rapid recovery has amazed both my physical therapist and surgeon. The truth is, it didn't just happen. It's the result of years of inner work, daily spiritual and healing practices (such as treating myself with Reiki), and truly living what I teach.

The past few weeks haven't been perfect—I’ve had my highs and lows. But I always had the tools to be aware, to shift, and to make space for my feelings. This balance of feeling and proactive action is key to raising our vibration.

The offerings, classes, and services in this newsletter are a reflection of this inner work that has enabled my swift recovery and effective management of both my surgery and book launch.
