Introduction
This article carries statements with inferences to the soul through Brahma, Faith, Yoga, the Eternal and its Essence.
Brahma
After a corporeal vision of Brahma, my faith has strengthened in the Supreme Soul. Brahma brought the direct knowledge of the Supreme Soul. I use the words Almighty and Supreme Soul interchangeably to mean God the Father – the creator, the first mover and the unmoved.
Faith
The five major religions of the world such as Hinduism and Christianity etc are extremely intellectually stimulating carrying essence and discourse. These were created at a particular time in history to serve the people of the time, to bring the people close to the Almighty. Faith means having complete trust, and there is only one with whom complete trust can be shared and that is the Supreme Soul. The Supreme Soul encompasses all relationships – your brother, mother, father, sister, friend, beloved etc – in its Supreme form.
Yoga
Our relationship with the Almighty is undoubtedly supreme and different from all other relationships. The key aspect of a human being is the soul. The soul exists in us as a small point of light placed in the center of our foreheads and connecting the soul to the Almighty is the real meaning of yoga. Yoga in essence means union or connection – with the Divine. We are indeed made in the Supreme Soul’s image; hence the Supreme Soul also is a point of light placed in subtle existence.
Eternal
The power of love, the power of thought and the power of transformation are three pillars and simply put, we should remember the Supreme Soul and we should remember the circle of life. Secular as it may be in the grand scheme of worldviews, are we of this world or in this world? This is a great question that means this world is temporary and our soul is eternal. We exist within this world but do not represent this temporary world. We represent the eternal. Even our physical presence is temporary that is finally discarded on passing, so what is left of us? Our mind, conscience and values are left of us and these are the three cohesive aspects of the soul that are eternal.
Essence
After studying religious spirituality and secular spirituality, I recognize in my intellect that all religions carry the same essence however represented for a particular time in history when it existed giving the teachings context with some tangibles. Secular spirituality also shares the same essence in different context determined mostly by age, space and intangibles. Both, religious spirituality and secular spirituality – tangibles and intangibles rest on science in the context of human development.
Conclusion
In the times we exist, it has become imperative to know the soul and the Supreme Soul. I hope someday we all can know the difference between the self and the soul. ???
Thank you,
