I don't listen to enough Pink Floyd.
Pink Floyd had a big influence on my early music exploration. While I was too young to listen to them in their heyday, they had a resurgence in the early 90's (said another way: a new record followed by a global tour).
I was fortunate to be able to see their concert "spectacle" in a large football stadium known as Giants Stadium. I didn't know then, but I would soon learn to hate such large events for music but for Pink Floyd, it worked. Unfortunately for the band, they were probably past their musical peak, and were becoming known more for the intangibles (band member fighting, fans unhappy, historical comparison, etc.), then the music.
Happens often to bands and is a shame when personalities get in the way of greatness. Happens in business too...

There's a hunger still unsatisfied
Our weary eyes still stray to the horizon
Though down this road we've been so many times"
