Sorry and Thank You!

Sorry and Thank You are most easy and frequently used words and we very well know how to use them effectively and efficiently on others. But how many times do we say Sorry or Thank you to ourselves?

When was the last time you said sorry to your vocal cords for misusing them? We often shout, argue, gossip and indulge into unnecessary talks with others but are we sorry to our voice box ?

When was the last time you said Thank you to your feet for bearing your weight throughout the day or helping you do your workout routine? When was the last time you said Thank you to your beautiful hair or eyebrows which make you look pretty or little fingers for carrying out so many daily activities?

ASK YOURSELF?

Take out just 2 mins before stepping out of the bed and before dozing off, say 'Thank You' to your beautiful self, pay gratitude to the tiny little cells in your body, your arms, your tongue and GOD for blessing you with the most beautiful YOU!!! Say 'Sorry' if you intentionally or unintentionally misused or harmed yourself physically, mentally or emotionally. It will help you balance in every aspect of knowing yourself.


Love yourself! First smile for yourself!
