With the popularity of 4MP IP Cameras, in order to catch up with the IPC,SONY 4MP HD Analog Cameras came out. It could be the trend in the near future. like 4MP IPC replace 2MP IPC gradually. In this article, I will introduce this new products to you.

4MP VS 2MP

The resolution is up to 2560*1440, that's almost twice the detail of Full HD 1080P.

Why is Sony sensor?

Sony occupies the largest share of security cameras sensor. They published the newest sensor IMX326, special for 4MP cameras.Compared with OV and AR, it has better night vision.

4MP VS 3MP&5MP

4MP resolution keep 16:9 video aspect radio which allow it prefectly fit the HDTV and the future Ultra HDTV widescreen displaying.Unlike 3MP & 5MP, they maintain 4:3 aspect ratio that is not compatible with HDTV standard.
