Songs From The Heart

One of the best things about being part of the Northside Family is seeing how many different ways we all can get involved and help the community.
That’s why I am so excited about the upcoming 500 Songs for Kids fundraiser. It’s a 12-night event that starts March 24 and will raise money for the amazing Songs for Kids Foundation.
This nonprofit, started in 2007, enlists dedicated and caring local musicians to bring music to kids who are suffering from serious illness or other hardships. It’s a beautiful and inspired program that does so much to lift the spirits of suffering kids.
From bedside programs to interactive concerts, the foundation brings home the healing power of song.
This year, we’re inviting Northsiders to share their musical gifts by signing up to take part in the fundraising shows. Whether they sing or play an instrument, we’re counting on their love of music and dedication to helping others to make a difference for the foundation.

In the past, I have seen the Northside Family turn out in droves to take part in community events ranging from road races to Polar Plunges. I am very much looking forward to seeing our musically talented team members lend their abilities to this great cause and I know that they will be supported and cheered on by their colleagues!
That’s the Northside way!
