The wonders of creation that God has given to us, our life, our living, our love. And all the wonderful things He created around us, the warmth of the sun, the stars, the air we breathe, the refreshing rain, the birds that fly and the animals that abound. Some people think that this all just happened, without God. But who else but God could have made all this? The marvels of the world bear witness to God’s great power and love for us. So let us sing praise to our loving God in heaven for making such a wonderful world. And we thank Him for sending His only Son, Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour, to die on the cross for us, to take the punishment that we deserve, thereby giving us eternal hope for the future. But we need to trust and follow Jesus Christ, and have God in our heart today, if we want to join Him in heaven tomorrow, when we leave this fallen, sinful world.

Thought for today: Jesus knows the way, follow Him for eternity.

Thought for the future: there is only one way to heaven, but that is all we need. Where will you spend your eternity?
