SON of the STORM in 59th Grammys
In 2016, SYMPHONY IIII: Lightfall was premiered in a dance version choreographed by “Dancing Wheels.” Maestro Gerhardt Zimmermann nominated the work for a Pulitzer. There is also 80 minutes of new Concert Music waiting to be recorded. I was fortunate to compose Track 14, “Disfigured,” as part of a UNESCO project with Rupham Sarmah, now #8 on Billboard.
Also completed in June of 2016, was a 70-minute original motion picture score for “The Unwilling,” a film by Jonathan Heap, starring Lance Henricksen and David Lipper.
FYC in the 59th Grammys: SON of the STORM, Musical Theater, Engineered Album.
Intended for live staging, the audio recording of SON of the STORM is set in the style of a 1940s Radio Broadcast, with events transpiring during 2 time periods in Germany and starring characters created by Mary Shelley exactly 200 years ago this summer of 2016. Victor is played by Adelmo Guidarelli, who is also co-producing with Amber L. Spradlin.
