Somewhere Someone Is Looking for Exactly What You Have to Offer

Happy New Year!

This is the first time I’m kicking off the new year looking for full-time employment since 2004. I know what it’s like to search endlessly for that “perfect” fit while getting passed up for jobs that you’re qualified to do. When that happens it’s a fantastic time to reflect on what sets you apart from other candidates. Education and experience are important but I value what an individual brings to the team that cannot be seen on paper. Here’s my list!

• Passion: I have a genuine interest in helping individuals and teams achieve their goals.
• Dedication: I truly enjoy conquering project milestones. My favorite parts of a design project are the business strategy and evaluation.
• Empathy: I like to support transparent communications and respond to needs with personalized feedback in ways that make people feel comfortable.
• Agility: I’m no stranger to challenging situations and prepared for changes to complete responsibilities successfully. I look for problems before they occur and never deem anything outside of my job role.
• Loyalty: I’m looking for a team and a new place to call home. I apply with confidence knowing I could be right for the role and want to evolve long-term.
• Resilience: I never give up. I’ll find ways to remain positive and do my best to inspire others.
